About

We turn earned reviews into answered reviews

Businesses work hard for every review. Then most of those reviews sit unanswered for days — and that silence quietly costs them trust and walk-in customers. Halo exists to close that gap.

The problem we kept seeing

A single café might collect reviews across Google, Yelp, Trustpilot and a delivery app. A franchise multiplies that by every location. Keeping up by hand means tab-hopping through a handful of dashboards, and the honest reality is that most brands answer roughly a third of their reviews — usually late. Meanwhile the next customer is reading those reviews to decide whether to walk in.

Reviews are the storefront now. An unanswered one-star complaint, or a glowing five-star review met with silence, both send the same message: nobody is home.

What we built

Halo is reputation autopilot. Connect your sources once, set your brand voice, and Halo brings every review into one inbox and drafts a reply in your voice for each. Automatic publishing and review requests by SMS and email are rolling out next. Four pillars, one system:

  • Aggregate — every review from every source in one filterable inbox.
  • Respond — AI drafts an on-brand reply for every review; today you approve each one and paste it across to publish, with auto-publish for glowing reviews coming once Google grants API access and tricky ones always held for your one tap.
  • Request — after a happy visit, ask for a review by SMS and email, automatically (coming soon).
  • Understand — separate what customers love from what needs work, per location, and turn it into a plan of action.

From reviews to a plan of action

Answering reviews is table stakes. The real prize is buried in what people write: your reviews already say which parts of the experience win customers over and which quietly cost you them. Read one at a time, that signal is invisible. Read together, it is a roadmap.

Halo separates your positive reviews from your critical ones and analyses each group on its own, so you see two clear lists: what customers keep praising, and what keeps coming up when they are unhappy. Then it turns that split into a short, ranked plan of action, the specific things worth leaning into and the specific things worth fixing, tracked per location so a problem at one site never hides inside the brand average.

The result is not another dashboard to stare at. It is a straight answer to the question every owner actually has: given what my customers are telling me, what should I do next to improve their experience and my product or service?

The principle behind every feature

If a change does not help a busy owner keep every review answered and their rating climbing — with less effort, not more — we question whether it belongs in Halo. That is the whole product in one sentence.
