Everything in Free, and:
✓All of them, on every paid plan: Google, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, App Store, Play Store bring the reviews themselves. Yelp contributes its rating and review count only, because Yelp does not release review text to tools like ours. No source is locked behind a higher paid tier; the free plan follows Google only.
✓Halo re-reads every connected source twice a day, automatically, so new reviews land in your inbox on their own. The free plan gets a weekly re-read of Google instead.
✓Every review from every connected source in one list, filtered by rating, platform, location and whether it still needs a reply.
✓Ten generated replies per calendar month, and the count resets on the 1st. The inbox keeps working when they run out, you just write those replies yourself.
✓Rating and sentiment trends per location over time, so a dip shows up while you can still do something about it.

Questions, answered

How do locations work?
Free and Starter cover a single location. Growth runs 1 to 15: you set the number right on the card and the price updates as you go, at a lower rate for each location after the first, so the more you add the less each one costs. Running more than 15? Talk to us and we'll quote your network, your onboarding and your SLA. No per-review or per-reply charges on any plan, ever. Not sure which fits? Ask us and we'll tell you straight, including when Free is all you need.
What counts as a location?
Each physical site or listing you manage under one brand. Pricing scales by that count, so a single café pays for one and a franchise pays for the sites it actually runs, with nothing hidden in between.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, for one location and with no card. You get your Google reviews in one inbox, checked once a week, your branded review page and printable QR code, and the scan and tap numbers for every code you print. What a plan adds is the part that runs the business for you: every review source, not just Google, re-read twice a day so new reviews arrive by themselves, AI reply drafts in your brand voice, the analytics screen that shows your rating and sentiment moving over time, and the Monday recap by email. Growth adds more locations and makes drafts unlimited.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Pick a plan and add your card. The first 7 days are free with everything the plan sells, full caps, nothing held back. Cancel from your dashboard any time before the trial ends and nothing is ever charged. Do nothing and the plan starts on day 8, so your reviews keep getting answered without you coming back to press a button. One trial per business.
Does Halo really reply to reviews on its own?
Every paid plan drafts replies for you: Starter includes 10 AI drafts a month and Growth makes them unlimited. Today you approve each reply and paste it across to publish it, because posting straight to Google needs Business Profile API access and ours is pending. Auto-send for positive reviews (4–5★), with 1–3★ always held for your one-tap approval, comes after that.
Which review platforms are supported?
Every paid plan connects all of them. Google, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, App Store, Play Store bring the reviews themselves, ready to answer. Yelp contributes its rating and review count, because Yelp does not release review text to tools like ours. No source is locked behind a higher paid tier, and the free plan follows your Google reviews.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No, on either billing option. Monthly rolls month to month: upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard whenever you like, prorated when you change plans. Yearly bills once a year in exchange for 2 months free, and if you cancel it simply runs to the end of what you've already paid for instead of renewing.
How does the free scan work?
Enter your website or business name and Halo reads your public Google reviews into a one-time snapshot, right on the page: your Halo score out of 100, what customers love, and what needs attention. No email, no credit card, no commitment.

Start with a free scan.

See your current reputation snapshot, then turn on autopilot in minutes. Free for 7 days on any plan, month-to-month after that, cancel anytime.
